What is included in each home watch package?
I offer three tiers. Signature includes weekly inspections with comprehensive reporting, vendor coordination, and concierge-level attention. Elite includes reliable bi-weekly inspections with interior and exterior property reviews and professional reporting. Classic includes one monthly visit with a detailed interior and exterior inspection and a written report. À la carte and customized arrangements are also available, and I'll walk you through exactly what fits your property during your free consultation.
Are customized or à la carte services available?
Yes. In addition to the three standard packages, I offer customized service arrangements and individual à la carte services upon mutual agreement. Every property is different, and I'm happy to build a service plan tailored specifically to your home's needs. Contact me to discuss options.
What is your policy for emergency after-hours calls?
Emergency call-outs outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) are available for contracted clients only. If an urgent situation arises at your property after hours, contracted clients may call me directly. Please contact me for specific after-hours details.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
Contact me to discuss service agreement terms. I aim to build long-term relationships with homeowners based on trust and results — not lock-in contracts. I want you to stay because the service is excellent, not because you're obligated to. We'll go over specific agreement terms during your free initial consultation.
